The HR IT tool has been implemented – but the added value falls short of expectations. The system is running, but the processes seem clunky. Much is digitized, but not thoroughly thought through. Workday offers enormous potential – but in everyday use, the feeling often remains: There should be more to it. Does this sound familiar?

This is exactly where I come in: I support organizations where they are struggling – with experience, structure and a clear view of what is essential.

Project about to start?

I provide support from the very beginning – with a structured approach to project goals, resources, and scheduling. I help establish the right framework and involve stakeholders early on. I combine technical expertise with process understanding and structure. This creates a solid foundation for every Workday project.

Go Live - and now?

After go-live, the real work begins. I support stabilizing processes, establishing an effective operating model, and strengthening team knowledge. I bring momentum, structure, and certainty to the new phase with the goal of supporting the sustainable integration of Workday into everyday life.

Workday's on track - but the track's a bit bumpy

If Workday works but isn't truly implemented, I take a closer look. I analyze processes, structures, and roles – and uncover potential for optimization. Together, we develop and implement solutions that not only have a short-term impact, but are sustainable in the long term.
