A system is only as good as the process.
In my work, I combine a deep understanding of the system with an eye for what goes beyond it. I never think of Workday in isolation, but always in terms of the interplay of tools, processes, and people . I pay attention to the balance between pragmatic implementation and sustainable structure – short-term effects are important, but real impact comes from substance.
Systems expertise meets process understanding. After many years in the traditional consulting environment, I became interested in providing closer support to organizations – staying on exactly when typical consultancies are completing their engagement. Therefore, I decided to go freelance in 2023. Since then, I have been supporting organizations from a wide variety of industries with Workday and HR IT projects.
I have been working in the Workday environment since 2017 and have supported companies of all sizes – from dynamic start-ups without fixed processes to established DAX-listed corporations with complex structures.
I have worked in a wide variety of roles, from data migration and design workshops to project management and operating model implementation.

Thanks to my many years of experience in international and German projects, I understand the unique requirements of German companies – from the context of co-determination to data and process complexity. My clients value my holistic perspective, my structured approach, and my ability to navigate complexity.
When I'm not supporting companies with their digital transformation, I spend my time in nature, am a passionate traveler and a trained health coach with a love of healthy eating.
