Together we define the project scope, plan time and resources and I will manage the team, and ensure smooth coordination among all participants. This includes quality assurance, test management, and planning cutover and post-go-live phases, as well as maintaining a clear overview of risks and stakeholders.
Optimization And Development
Workday is implemented, but not yet fully developed? I analyze and optimize existing structures, identify optimization potential, and support the Workday team in the implementation of those. I implement new features, process optimizations, release preparations, or targeted data quality improvements pragmatically and sustainably. I never lose sight of the bigger picture and create space for genuine development.
Transformation Project Support
The challenges in today's fast-moving world are diverse – whether it's a carve-out or acquisition, the implementation of an HR AI roadmap, or reorganizations – changes always impact HR IT architecture. As a Workday expert, I'm here to support you – analytical, structured, and with a clear vision of what's feasible.
Implementation
I complete full implementation or optimization of Workday modules and functionalities – from the introduction of Workday Help and the implementation of the Learning module to the integration of new countries/locations. I bring structure to the project, ensure clean configuration, clear communication, and seamless coordination with all stakeholders. The goal is an implementation that not only works technically but also supports day-to-day operations.
Interim Management
When internal capacity is lacking - due to parental leave, a vacancy, or restructuring - I take over the interim leadership of the HR IT or Workday team. I step in seamlessly, own product and team responsibility, and keep day-to-day operations running smoothly. I bring not only specialist knowledge but also clarity, structure, and leadership skills—whether for a few weeks or several months. I support the team operationally and strategically, stabilize processes, and create space for sustainable development.
